Minor differences may occur due to lighting, display settings, manufacturing tolerances or product improvements.

The monitor shown in our images and videos is not included unless expressly stated.

3. Product Compatibility

Before purchasing, customers must confirm that their monitor:

  • measures between 13 and 32 inches;
  • weighs between 2 and 9 kg;
  • supports VESA 75 × 75 mm or 100 × 100 mm.

Customers must also ensure that their desk is suitable for the chosen clamp or grommet mounting method.

4. Installation and Use

Elevo must be installed according to the supplied instructions.

Do not:

  • exceed the stated weight capacity;
  • install the product on an unstable or unsuitable desk;
  • use damaged or missing hardware;
  • modify the product;
  • use the product for an unintended purpose.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or use outside the stated specifications, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected through our website or Shopify Markets.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final order total will be displayed before payment.

We may correct pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

6. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.

We may reject or cancel an order because of:

  • payment failure;
  • suspected fraud;
  • stock unavailability;
  • incorrect pricing or product information;
  • delivery restrictions;

We do not attempt to exclude responsibility for faulty goods, goods that are not as described, death or personal injury where such exclusion would be legally unenforceable.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or use outside the product specifications.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically.

The version in effect when your order is placed will apply to that purchase.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Global Ecom Solutions LLC, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country of residence.
